The first week end

On the way to train –

I had a discussion with my manager today and left the office at 4:15 PM. I took a taxi to my room at village road east. I was only thinking about my confused state of mind. I always wanted to be clear when I talk in meetings or at any personal discussions. I am not as good as I am while writing something. Now I am in that confounded zone. I knew that my mind will not work properly in this state, today I realized that many parts won’t work. I reached 303, village road east at 5:15 PM and realized that I don’t have that 46 dollars in my wallet to pay taxi. I asked taxi to move towards any nearest ATM. On the way I checked my wallet again and noticed that I have got 200$ in my purse. I couldn’t understand what was going on. Now I took out keys and tried to open the lock. It wasn’t opening. I didn’t make it organized and it was completely locked. I have to reach the station at least before 30 minutes as I had much baggage. I am trying to open it and I called other person to help me and he declared that lock is broken. I called my roomies and took guidance from them and tried and tried and finally opened the lock. It was very embarrassing for me to undergo all these things. It started with a thought of confusion and ended up in embarrassment. Now I am in train station, but sitting as a loser here.

The Train journey from Boston to New Jersey

It was my first week end. I took a train from westwood station to Pen station and a connecting train from Pen to Metro station at New Jersey. I already made my brain think beyond its capacity, I no more want to do it. As soon as I got into train, I took a quick nap. I reached Penn station at 10:45 and I was given 10 minutes to catch the connecting train. Being a sharp guy, I travelled opposite to the tracks path. Ofcourse, I soon realized after 5 minutes. With a 23 KG’s baggage in one hand, another 8 KG’s one in another hand and a laptop bag on my back, it was no easy to catch a train. And atlast I was able to reach it. At 11:15 it took me to Metro station. I had my friends waiting there to pick me. We headed to Cheryl Street. I met many friends there but my eyes only on bed. I took some vodka and went to bed very soon.

The meet over the week end –

I hardly play games. Two reasons contribute for this behavior, one being the lazy ness and other being “people will notice that I am weak and how ever in other way my weak body doesn’t support games”. I use to play lot of chess and cricket during my childhood. I am a drop out. But I had no choice this time, we were the group of 9 and most of the people love games. We started with golf on Saturday and at the end I had this opportunity to learn “how to handle club”. Followed by bowling, again the first time, but I think this satisfied me better (I was bad but not worst). And then we planned a movie, which didn’t happen. The day ended with cards. Sunday, I can contribute only half day because I have to catch flight at 2:50 PM to Calif. We decided to play football near tennis court. During warm up, I was catching ball pretty well and this laid some impression to others that I can manage this game. I understood the game now and we were split into 2 teams each containing 3, again the same disappointing performance :-) . Barring performances, it was really good week end for me. I got promoted to front seat from audience seat. I wanted to convey hearty thanks to all my friends who were part of it. But my expressions in person will be very weak. It was altogether different week end for a person like me who hardly play games and would always enjoy his week end sitting behind computer/TV or participating in stupid discussions during week end. Again hearty thanks to all my friends (I am confident that one guy would read this blog). But no matter if no one reads it. So that is all for now, its Sudhie reporting from US airways on the way to Calif.
